This mom was dumped, pregnant, scared, alone and cold in a outdoor shelter pregnant and ready to give birth when I got an email from Jennie Adams asking for help to get her and the pups to safety. Momma had six pups and at one day old mom and pups were transferred to safety with Julia Pando along with two ither families we pulled. Julia found a foster and she cared for them til they were transported up here to us at four weeks of age. Melissa Farley Law has these babies and brought them into her home on Thanksgiving day where she will care for them and transport them to their foster in Winters where they will stay til they are 8 weeks of age and ready for adoption. I feel so blessed to have such amazing volunteers, fosters and networkers. A mom someone didnt care enough about to give a good life to now has the whole future in front of her and this is the last litter of oups she will ever have to give birth to..The pups are fat and happy and will soon be going into loving and caring homes. It truely takes an army to save one life..all the effort and tears is so worth the reward. Thank you to everyone in the rescue world for all that you do!
